Fourth, zero-component assembly processing. For the shaft parts, nut screws and other zero-distribution components used in the faucet, it is necessary to use a copper rod to be forged into the initial embryo copper parts, and then machined by the machine technician according to the size of the four-point, six-point and other specifications, commonly known as attack tooth.

Fifth, assembly. After the casting of the faucet is electroplated and passed the inspection, it can enter the assembly process. Assembly is the process of connecting processed faucet parts in a certain order and technology to become a complete faucet product and reliably realize the function of product design. Assembly is at the final stage necessary for the manufacture of the product, and the quality of the product (from product design, part manufacturing to product assembly) is ultimately guaranteed and tested by assembly.

5. Test the water and test the gas. In the assembly, the water test and pressure test shall be carried out, and the test shall be carried out for 60 +/- 5 seconds with a water pressure of 1.6 +/- 0.05 Mpa to ensure that there is no leakage on each sealing surface. After passing the test, the pressure cap and handle are transferred to the assembly line. Hot and cold water mark, and finally attach accessories, wipe, pack and pack.

Sixth, finished product inspection. After the faucet product is put into the warehouse, the finished product inspector will conduct a re-sampling inspection. The inspection items include the requirement that the surface of the casting is smooth, the surface of the thread, the appearance quality, the assembly is not loose, the mark is complete, the valve core seal test is qualified, and the faucet sealing performance test is required. Qualified, etc. After the product is inspected, it can be shipped.
